When your truck, bobcat, or any assets in your fleet come to stand still, your business is also grounded. For those in the transport, trade and agricultural industries, your machinery is essential to your operations and livelihood, and in the event of a breakdown, you need a business who has your back.

As Western Victoria’s authorised service and repair centre for Clark Equipment (Bobcat, McCormick Tractors, Clark Forklifts & Doosan) and Daimler Truck & Bus (Fuso, Freightliner, Mercedes-Benz Trucks and Alliance Truck Parts), Wilson Bolton is now fully equipped to carry out a range of servicing and repairs to all makes of trucks, trailers and machinery. Although the business may be new to commercial equipment, the commercial team certainly aren’t with over two decades of combined experience.

Commercial Service Manager Eugene Coutts said that Wilson Bolton is committed to keeping business moving during these uncertain times and Prides themselves on quality of work delivered. “We understand the importance of the agricultural, transport and trade workers in the Wimmera and broader communities. We’re certainly the new kids on the block and are here to stay and prove our capabilities to the fullest. We have invested heavily in state-of-the-art tooling, equipment and have undertaken all factory training provided to us since opening the division.”

Wilson Bolton also provides an emergency breakdown field service for when things take a turn for the worse out in the field. “A roadside breakdown or out in the paddock can be stressful to say the least, and quite often it is difficult to transport the equipment back to our service centre for repairs. Our Field Service team are committed to minimising equipment downtime, maximising your productivity and keeping your fleet running at its peak for longer.”

Above all else, it’s always best to avoid breakdowns than to encounter them, that is why Wilson Bolton develop regular maintenance plans for their clients to ensure all machinery is regularly maintained and significantly reduce the chances of unexpected downtime. These programs consistently monitor the usage of all trucks and machinery and allows them to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Wilson Bolton has also recently strengthened its position as leaders in the truck repair sector by becoming the Wimmera’s authorised Detroit dealer. “The addition of the Detroit brand to our family of agriculture, automotive, and heavy-duty truck brands has certainly been the cherry on top. Customers heading to Adelaide or to Melbourne can easily drop into our dealership for efficient and comprehensive Detroit support and be on their way back onto the Western Highway.” Eugene said.
